HSK Software Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Weird Ball Pool (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile game.

2.1. Firebase Authentication

• We use Firebase Authentication (a service by Google LLC) for user login. Information collected can include email addresses or other identifiers.

• We do not access or store your password. Firebase handles the login securely on our behalf.

2.2. Gameplay and User Data

• Certain gameplay data (e.g., user ID, game progress, scores, purchased items) may be stored in Cloud Firestore, hosted on U.S. servers.

• We only store the minimum data required to operate the App’s features.

2.3. Automatically Collected Information

• We (or our service providers) may automatically collect non-personal data, such as device information (OS version, device type) or analytics data, to improve App performance and user experience.

2.4. Advertisements

• The App integrates both Google AdMob and Unity Ads. These third-party networks may use device identifiers (e.g., advertising IDs) or other data to serve personalized or contextual ads and measure ad performance.

2.5. Google Play Store Review Dialog

• The App may prompt you to leave a review on the Google Play Store. We do not collect personal data through this process. Any information you provide is governed by Google’s terms and policies.

• Account Creation & Authentication: For secure login via Firebase Authentication.

• Game Functionality & Progress: To save and retrieve game progress, high scores, and other in-app data.

• Analytics & Improvements: To understand how users interact with the App and to improve its features, stability, and performance.

• Advertising: To display relevant ads and measure their effectiveness using Google AdMob and Unity Ads.

4. Sharing Your Information

• Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted third parties (e.g., Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity Ads) who perform services on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., subpoenas or court orders).

5. International Data Transfer

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own, including the United States, where our third-party providers (like Cloud Firestore, AdMob, Unity Ads) maintain their servers. By using the App, you consent to these international data transfers.

We strive to protect your data using industry-standard security practices. However, no method of digital storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. You acknowledge any data you provide is at your own risk.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the relevant age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We will retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide the App’s functionality and services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to certain legal or legitimate retention requirements
